March is National Nutrition Month in the USA. It's also the month when most of our healthier New Year's resolutions go to die. Which makes it extra important to get out there and do something healthy. Or stay in and do something healthy. Or stay in and do something healthy AND naughty.
So instead of letting those New Year's resolutions get swept out with the spring cleaning, what are you going to do to celebrate National Nutrition Month? Are you going to sit on the sofa and wish you were 15 pounds lighter? Or are you going get it on with your partner a few times a week and actually be 15 pounds lighter by April fool's day? Who'll be laughing then?
