Why toy cleaner?

Why not soap and water? Why not the dishwasher? Why not boil it? Why not bleach it? Why not?

Any of those things might be appropriate at different times, but for simplicity, you just can't beat toy cleaner: spray and wipe, spray and rinse. What else could be easier. Some of them are even safe to spray or wipe directly onto the body.
